Why?
Cos if we messed up, our kids will tell our sap stories to any ears that will listen.
And we'll one day listened on the grapevine or while eating next table of conversations like below:
your kid: "My mum's got a new bf."
else's kid: "Really?"
your kid: "Yea, at least this one's better than before. The one before looks like a dirt bag."
else's kid: "What happen to your dad?"
your kid: "Oh, he and mum's not together anymore. He's got a new gf now, almost my age."
else's kid: *speechless..
Or hear bout what our kids' behaviour like below:
your kid: "I was so sad the other day."
else's kid: "Why?"
your kid: "I got home and saw that my pet hamster were gone. My big ass of a brother hurled the daddy hamster out the balcony in a plastic bag after the hamster ate it's babies. And then my big ass brother went to search for the plastic with the hamster and seeing it alive, he went searching for a cat and fed the hamster to it."
else's kid: *speechless..
Yes, we owe it to ourselves.
