Last 2 weekend ago, I was craving for dimsum again. Thus went to the morning market and get some ready made wantan skin, mince meat and vege.

While I was reading some gossip mags at fairprice, I saw there's some cookbooks available and get the below:
This weekend when house is empty again, I will try to make dimsum skin from scratch.
Been itching to try the below.
Transparent skin..been scratching my head thinking what flour to get, got the tangyuan flour..*sigh..
