I'm sorry, but this year I'm been dragging my feet.

But I have a very good reason for that.

I need loads of room for improvement year by year.

Thus I need to lower my standards a lot this year so I have loads of improvements for the coming years.

After toiling for a decade, I've realized my limitations and my way of doing things and my standards.

To start off with a bang is bad; the benchmark would've been too high to improve the coming year, and that would've put too much unnecessary burden on me.

Let me plan my improvements by my pace and the team's standards rather than to rush things along and lost the growing process along the journey. I believe there's such a thing as jumping the gun and rushing things when it comes to learning without self-awareness.

I always believe I'd do better when I make up my mind at my own time rather than being pushed to give results coz it's no longer my expectations and I wont take much responsibility for the success or failure of the end result.

I believe I'd always be a better person through self learning than spoon fed; thus the process and journey of it are more important than the destination.
